Return/ Exchange Policy

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

Returns must be accepted back within 14 days from the date that the tracking number states that it was delivered to you.

All exchanged/ returned items must be in its original condition. New, unworn and unused.

We do NOT accept returns on the following items:

  • Clearance
  • Promotions
  • All white items
  • Accessories
  • Handbags/ Purses

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is advised to use a track-able shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping.

For your return/exchange to be processed please include a note in the package with the following:

  • Full name
  • Order #
  • Number of items being returned/ exchanged (packaging slip)
  • Reason for return/exchange 

Once your item is received it will be inspected and an email will be sent to you with your new tracking number or store credit code.
